Do you have an Owners Manual for your car? It would outline how often oil and filter should be changed, air & fuel filters renewed, transmission serviced, tires rotated, coolant flushed and refilled, timing belt replaced. That sounds like a lot, but depending on how many miles you drive in a year it probably comes to one or two visits to the shop a year during which the other work can be done as needed, as well as the mechanic giving the car a quick checkover such as checking brake pads, hoses & belts, etc.
It will be much less expensive to take the car to an independent garage or mechanic than to the dealer. Since you indicate that the car is only a year old, you want to follow the recommendations in the Owners Manual to keep the warranty in effect. Maintain a service log of what's done and keep all the receipts in case you need it for warranty work.
Every engine is different. Passive Aggressor is out to lunch on the 100,000 miles. Many late model vehicles, especially those with turbos require plugs every 30,000 miles. Follow the recommendations in your maintenance manual.
You service the car as per makers schedule or before. There is no set time as every manufacturer is different.
Depends on how old the car is.......(you didn't bother to mention anything about THAT)
