Rich does not frequent junkyards apparently. Many low mileage tires are on vehicles which are wrecked and sold at a salvage sale. These tires and wheels bring prices ranging fron $7.95 to as much as the traffic will bear. I have seen them as high as $85 each. They belong to the individual yards and so the price is set by the owners at whatever they want. That is the way capitalism works. If it is yours you set your own price and you may sell it in a minute or you may never sell it.

I found a matching wheel with a 2 year old tire with 95% tread for $35. I was happy.

I would not go to a junk yard. I would go to a car dismantlers or a proper second hand tyre shop

they vary in price ! it depends on the size, how good of shape they are and how much tread is left on the tire ! i have bought pretty good tires before around $10 to $15 a piece ! also you can check out tire dealers ! sometimes they get pretty decent tires in on trade for around $10.00

10 bucks a piece at a place I know of thatd for the tire and rim but it depends on the year. Newer titrs and rims may be higher
