How do I make this connected battery?

It's not worth the trouble and sometimes it's dangerous. Buy some CR123A battery holders for a couple bucks and save yourself a couple hours.

The cheapest place to buy this type of cable with special plug is the Dollar shop about a few dollar. Cut the cable with the plug you need. Locate its two wires that fit your device power connection. Solder the batteries and cable with hot soldering iron and DO NOT SOLDER THE JOINTS LONGER THAN 2 SECONDS OR RISK OF DAMAGE THE BATTERIES.

CR123 batteries are not meant to be recharged. They have similar (1mm larger diameter) RCR123 batteries or 18350 batteries at 3.6 volts instead of the CR123 of 3.0 volts. You should buy batteries like the 18350 type with solder tabs already installed. then just solder them together, and cover with shrink wrap from the electronics store.

It sounds like you have solder tab batteries where the tab is spot welded to the battery case. tou can't do this without damage to the battery.

Buy solder tab batteries. You can buy heat shrink tubing at an electronic supply store like radioshack, digikey, home depot..

I need to make exactly like this, two 3V camera batteries connected and need the cable. The metal piece between the battery ends and cable doesn't look like it's soldered, but attached with some sort of stapled. Then the battery body is wrapped in some sort of tube which seems as it shrinks when heat is applied.

I can buy easily the 3V battries from ebay, but need to make the battery pack by my own.

Does anyone know how to make this? Can you guide me where I can buy the cable and the plastic tube and the staple needle and gun to attach the ends of cable to battery?
