Make model and yr? You have in your fuse box two relays. One for the flasher one for the blinkers. Swap them
if you flashers blink fast after and your blinkers work fine. Replace the relay for the flasher. If you would have given vehicle info I could have sent links for the replacement cost Easy to replace make sure all the bulbs are working One out can cause this problem

Socket Corrosion, drivers side, front. With switch off, wire brush contacts. Smear dielectric grease (white) on new bulb base, re install.
try a different bulb, ( sure sign of burned out bulb is fast flashing of the other bulb )

Are front and back lights on? That will stop the flasher from working. It could be turn switch.
Right turn signals work great. Left side flashes fast. Only the drivers side front does not work. Replaced the bulb. Same problem. Any ideas?
