As long as the output voltage is the same you could. Though I don't know what kind of battery pack you are talking about so I would pay attention to the battery and feel every now and then if it gets hot. If it does take it out and find a better one. But serioiusly, make sure the output voltages are the same. It cannot be higher! and lower won't work properly.
Those are just the specs for the AC power input. What is missing and is a lot more important, is the specs for the output to drive the battery. Also missing is the battery specs.
