Help i dropped my electric guitar?

Unless you are good at soldering just take it to the shop. It shold be a very cheap fix even if thay have to replace the pot or switch. Could just be a simple resolder. I'd be surprised if it were more than $20. You can ask for an estimate before they repair it.

"Cars & Transportation > Maintenance & Repairs" seems like a strange category to ask about a guitar.

The electrical circuit is very simple, so it is likely to be a damaged solder joint or the potentiometer with the leaning knob.

I really don't care about your stupid guitar. STOP posting in the category that's supposed to be for questions about cars & transportation.

the first thing i generally do with any guitar is to open them up, resolder every single contact. same for cords. i also remove the neck and hotglue her in place.

now i believe youl have a gibson style selector switch. these can be a pain, they get a little build up inside and get a scratchy sound, as well as the pots. usually cleaning them works wonders, but it is a challenge getting them to function right after youve re-assembled them. finding replacements is a lot tougher than a fender style switch.

Some time ago i dropped my guitar, on the front side. Its a Epiphone LP goth. Bought it a month or so ago.

Before buying it i read a couple reviews online and everybody said that its a durable guitar.

The guitar was on the side of the bed, or more like on the floor, leaning on it, face up. Then it fell on the front, i dont know why.

Since then i played a lot, but no problems. Today i discovered that the tremble pickup switch was not working. By not working i mean i couldn t hear much on the amp when it was on tremble, unless the gain was very high, but still, not like before. You could say you can t hear it. Also, today i say what one of my tone knobs, the one for the tremble swich, was a bit leaning left, so i pushed a bit on it and it went back in its normal position without to much trouble. No i don t think its broken... Please help me. First guitar...
