With no clue where in the world you are, I suggest you try your country's space program agency or any firm in your area that does vehicle or habitat or probe engineering, construction. See what people they need.
As far as astronomy goes, little of it is associated with space engineering. Only a few programs for making space probes or launching optical telescopes for astronomy are being done. That is because of the costs. JPL and NASA, European Space Agency, Japan, India, a few other countries do that mostly. Contact them.
There are commercial launching firms like SpaceX and Virgin Galactic that will need engineering.for their rocket vehicles.
I would think something in Astronomical imaging and/or electronic spectroscopy would be just the ticket for a Master's degree. I would contact Mike Malin at Malin Space Science Systems (msss.com) for better advice than what I can give.

thank you very much all of you.
I'm graduating from an electrical engineering major soon. I love astronomy and I have a good background from some studying that i'v done on the side. Now that I'v decided to do my masters I would like to do it in a concentration that is very much related to astronomy. I'v heard names like "space engineering". what do you advice me to chose and study ? what kind of a job I'm going to be able to get after graduating ? I really feel kinda lost.
I would also like to know what good universities offer these types of masters for space engineering.
thanks in advance.
