If you are only having to top up the coolant every day, it might work. If coolant gushes out when you crank the engine with the radiator cap off or (worse yet) the coolant pumps up and down when you crank the engine, there is no hope at all. It really only works sometimes even in good cases but since the product is basically 30 cents worth of sodium silicate they can refund 90% of the sales and still make money.
Head gasket sealants have a genuine purpose - when a car is at the end of its life and the owner needs to squeeze a couple more months out of it to get a replacement. The sealants don't last long, a few months, and only work on very small breaches. The source has a good write-up.
Sense it has a warranty you may want to give it a shot, but as my younger and broker days had me trying the same things, I would generally say no it will not work. Running this product after your head gasket is fixed should prevent it from going bad again as it will seal any small holes prior to them becoming a problem

It will work long enough to get you to a garage but is it not a permanent fix, only putting a new one will do that.
Basically my head gasket is gone and I found some stuff online called steel seal that claims to fix all head gasket problems or you get your money back. It's a registered trademark so legitimate and is £30.
