Well the first question is that the factory radio in the car gm has all the dash lights ran though their also change the ignition switch if the radio is the stock radio could also be a tumbler it may not be turning all the way off also just a thought have the battery checked some car will start acting weird if the battery has gone bad

Just turn your lights control on an off twice. Thats if your lights have to be manually turned on

Your ignition switch is jacked up.

Your dashlight rheostat is bad...you did try to turn it off, so many customers notice this after a carwash. it's next to the fog lamp switch...or if you don't have fogs it's the rotary switch below the instrument panel picture of a bulb on it...

my dashllights are still on after car been turned off no idea whats wrong i know i didn't leave it accessory mode as my radio wont turn

-car is in park

-power is turned off

-wont turn off been over half a hour ( had to remove fuze so battery wouldnt drain)
