Nope- a fan could never put a hole in a radiator, no way, no how.
Yes, very easily. The blades of the fan were moving at close to engine RPM. When the fan came off it kept spinning until it hit enough things to stop it

I was looking at my truck and saw that my fan clutch broke and then the fan came off. I also noticed there is a hole in my radiator hose. when my fan broke off while driving could it off put the hole in my radiator?
