Cost of fixing spun bearing & engine rebuild?

If you are talking about a spun main bearing, I would get a new block. The crank will have to be ground. If a bearing spun, you may have had low oil pressure which would mean the cam and valve train would be toast.

Spun bearing can mean a 500$ repair, or $3000. How bad is it? is the crank ok? Is the block OK? How many rods are wiped out? Might be best to use yours as a core.

It depends the average charge of your local garage, you could consult them in drect and they would like to help you diagnose your car for free, then you will make a decision whether rebuilt engine. Generally speaking, it will spend a lot, and you can purchase some parts from online store, like maxspeedingrods, this will save you a lot!

$1000 Rebuilt short block.

I have a 383 stroker that spun a bearing about 10 years ago and has been in storage ever since. So it obviously needs a rebuild. I suspect minimal (if any) cam damage from the bearing. How much would it cost to have a shop thake care of it?
