Either the belt is loose because there is a problem with the tensioner, the belt is worn out, or one of the shafts turned by the belt is too hard to turn. You may have a bearing out in the power steering pump, alternator, water pump, or air conditioning compressor.
Donald is right about the belt probably being loose BUT the culprit could also be a stuck tensioner. You can spray graphite or lithium on the tensioner (pivot point) and use a ratchet to move it back and forth to free it up. It could be a free fix, aside from the lube. I'd do that before replacing the belt. In any case, changing the belt takes 5 minutes but if the tensioner is stuck, you'd be wasting the cash on the belt.
It's a loose belt. It may need to be tightened up or (more likely) replaced. It won't cost much.

I have an 02 nissan sentra recently my car has began to squel when i start and will go away but come back when i stop at a light or i am turning . It also has started stalling at when slowing down. and when i pulled into my driveway tonight it stalled and squeled as i pulled in and when i got out it smelled like something was burning what could this be ?
