Like someone else mentioned some WD40 would not hurt and someone else mentioned to keep taping around with a hmmer will not hurt much but most the time when I run into a problem like that is toake sure the car will not get knocked off the jack stand(s) while get under car were you can get some good leverage like hold the bottom of car will help keep the car from shifting and just give the wheel a good old fashion swift kick or stomp'n, or use a big sledge hammer being careful not to hit the inside rim, just show it you are not messing around any more after baying it a little.
Loosen all lug nuts with a 1/8 th gap between rim and lug nut, spray WD into lug holes and drive 10 mph around your neighborhood for 10 minutes. That will loosen the rim from the wheel. And NO your wheels will not fall off going 10 miles per hour. Dont ever beat on your rims.
Often times the wheel will rust on the hub. Make a home-brew strong rust solvent to spray in the lug-nut holes by mixing 50% Acetone and 50% automatic transmission fluid.
A large maul will pop the wheels loose by swatting the back side of the wheels outward.
Tyres don't rust. Wheels do. Also, it's BRAKES. If you're struggling like this you have NO PLACE trying to repair it yourself. Take it to a place that knows what to do.
i had that happen before and the rims stick on the hubs ! take some PB blaster and spray the center of the rim, let it soak for awhile and then use your hammer behind the tire ! after you get it off take some sandpaper and sand around the center hole on the rim !
Grab a mallet and start tapping around the diameter of the rim. It will eventually break itself loose.

take it to a shop that gives free estimates...they'll take the tires off check your brakes and let you know what you need done...buy a repair manual for your car get the loaner tools at AutoZone and fix it yourself ...clean all that stuff off before you go...some crazy dangerous suggestions here...if really want to try at home loosen your lug nuts several turns ,on each wheel turn one nut out only Half turn ( vehicle weight on ground) shake vehicle from side to side pushing on C pillar or quarter panel...then you'll have fight off the drum if its not disc brakes...let a professional do it for free...Work smart ...that's what I used to breach to the techs I trained...and what's smarter then letting someone else do the sh#t work..
so I recently bought a used car (my first car) last month and all of the sudden my car is making this loud noise.. I think it's the break..it's making this squeaky noise.. I try getting the back tires out but it's so rusted, it won't come out..I have already tried hammering the back tires and used sand paper to get the rust off but it's still stuck. what else can I do instead of taking it to the shop
