Tyre pressure sensor failure for the other problem.

some wiring shorting out but that would smell like burning plastic not paper
Look under the hood and all under the car for leaking that could burn on the exhaust- or some flammable crap on the exhaust pipe. I once ran over a plastic bag that stuck to my muffler and wouldn't come off. I had to have it all burned off at a muffler shop with their torch.
May the kid down the street whose dog you kicked put a slice of cheese on your muffler. Ugh, stinky stanky.
If you get grass or something caught in the car, it can burn. Once I drove on this sketchy minimum maintenance road with a bunch of grass growing between the tire tracks, and grass got caught all up in my engine compartment. It wreaked of burning grass almost immediately.
Does your car tend to pull to one side? Its a caliper that's hanging up, And over heating the pad and your rotor, And the extreme heat is causing undesirable, conflicts with the electronic sensor, Please get your motor vehicle to a repair shop you can trust, and have your Brake system checked out.
What do you want to be concerned about the paper smell or the low tire?
I have a 2008 Chevrolet Impala 3.5L and after parking it I smell like a burning newspaper smell and I can't pinpoint where it's coming from but it seems mostly inside the car. This started happening after my low tire pressure light came on the morning. I have only moved the car into the garage and the tire is not at all close to flat and the psi is normal even though the car says it's not. Should I be concerned by this?
