Dont worry, even if the owner did report it, there's more than likely no damage done so it would be pointless.
Don't bother. No damage= no problem.
If its not damaged then your fine
Say - "Hello, please forgive me as I am a scumbag who accidentally drove into your car and then deliberately drove off. Can we take a look at your car to make sure that it is not damaged. Once again I am very sorry for my cowardly action"
Really need some help here. I was reversing to get out of a parking space and very slightly touched the bumped of the car behind me. I was in a rush and panicked and drove off. I've checked my car and there is no damage what so ever and most likely none on his but I want to go back (a few hours later) and tell the owner what happened just in case. What should I say? I'm really worried :(
