Honda civic, acura integra, volkswagen TDI, toyota tercel
Pontiac firefly and geo metro are only 3 cyl, would be very good on gas. 600km on a tank and 40$ to fill.
Get an 80s or 90s car. A Ford pickup is best, because these are built to last, and spares are readily available
I'd daily go on Craigslist and watch for a honda civic with the combo of low miles and 4 doors. Insurance is pretty much crazy for all us teens unfortunately doesn't even matter if you drive a grandma car. I guess the hipsters and swaggy SnapBack pricks are the ones to blame
So I am a broke high school student who has 2500 in cash. I want to keep that 500 incase of repairs wich is expected on sucha cheap junker. My main priority is to save for college and a future car. So what are the best choices in an older but reliable car for only 2000? Needs four doors and affordable gas mileage too and not crazy insurance costs. I don't personally want a car but I actually am in need of one because my parents wont take me to school or work anymore and they are not walking distances and there are not public transportation routes that work in the time frames. Also my parents are not willing to help me out.
Thank you. Automatic transmission is a must too.
