Oh I am looking for a circuit which one hit of a button makes a signal go high and the second hit of the button makes it go low. Better explanation is a high signal switches it between high and low states and vice versa. I know this is a relatively common and beginner level logic circuit but for the life of me I cant remember what it is called.
