Purdue is known for offering challenging classes and NOT inflating grades, so A's from Purdue are impressive. However, not every employer knows that Purdue does not inflate grades, so they may not realize that a 2.8 GPA from Purdue may be the same as a 3.8 at a less challenging and conservative university
