Have a mechanic connect a scan tool and check for codes. Thats where you need to start. Could be a bad crank/cam position sensor, an antitheft system issue, etc.
Do an OBD2 code check to see what the car's computer says, unless you want to start taking things apart to see which one is broken. At that mileage, I'd guess the cam belt slipped or broke, but I have nothing but what you added to the description to go on.
Check and see if you're getting fuel or spark. Try scanning for any DTCs first. Might give you a clue.
