Designed to fit any OEM printing equipment up to 212" wide, CMI's High-ro-graphics™. Enclosed Dual Doctor Blade System produces the precise, high quality color printing the market now demands. By automatically adjusting for blade wear this system provides you consistent print quality and color tones, while also improving your color graphics. Color tones benefit from the exceptionally consistent ink viscosity and the enclosed system eliminates most airborne contaminates.

Clean, trouble-free printing, maintenance and clean-up

The CMI enclosed dual doctor blade design features a balanced pressure pneumatic blade system that evenly and accurately distributes the ink with virtually no ink leakage. It reduces expenses; eliminating costly rubber wiper rolls. You can say goodbye to any print problems caused by rubber roll deflection and/or damage. Easy to use, the swing back blade holder allows for fast, trouble-free blade changes and clean-up. Installation is simple and quick! Our Semi-automatic or Fully Automatic Wash-up systems are also available as options.

  • Rigid T-bar design of holder for minimal deflection. Extra pressure across the face of the holder is not needed.
  • Spring loaded blade clamping system.

  • Blade pressure is controlled by a unique pneumatic differential system, with the blade holder carried on a sealed precision bearing pivot system, which maintains the desired horizontal blade movement required for constant blade angle contact.
